Professional, knowledgeable and friendly contacts from the first day I called them. They explained everything to me as they were placing unit.

The dealer was cooperative as could be had several delaying issues on my end ,deaths in family, car accidents inother state surgery they were patient stored my Generac till I could get back and coordinate. No complaints from them. Their staff was outstanding, understood and changed a few little things to better accommodate snow loads falling off roof something we never considered. Then as they worked discussed the regs in Maine full of knowledge interesting and thoroughly showing me this and that on Gen. Super pleased with this company and it's fun knowledge filled staff.

CMD PowerSystems showed up at prearranged time ready to work. They did not stop working until the system was ready to test. Any and all questions that I asked during the installation were answered to my full satisfaction. The Electrician was most forthcoming in fully explaining the operation of the transfer switch and how to test it and reset it if necessary. The job Forman fully explained how to operate the generator including oil change, oil level and air filter change. He also explained about CMD'S yearly inspection and maintenance. Great installers,but due to circumstances they were quite a bit overwhelmed and install took forever to get started. In their defense, Generac was just as guilty by not having inventory to meet demand. My fault also as I ordered just before market went crazy. Did this all thru Lowe's which added to the problems. Will not go thru Lowe's again. (Long Story)

Because my contact person had been terminated, we were left in the lurch about the finalization of the install. On the day of installation, the electrician was a no show. The generator was put down but not connected for a long time.

In the end, everything was hooked up and it is running correctly - at least the test run happens once a week (hasn't been used for power outage yet).

Dissemination and explanation of warranties, paperwork, was spotty.

The installation was timely and effective. During recent power outage everything worked wonderfully as desired. It is so wonderful not to worry anymore about power outages. I had my 11kw generator installed about a year ago. CMD POWERSYSTEMS did / completed the installation as promised in a timely manner. Very nice job and worked well with the local propane dealer to get me up and running. I have contacted them to do my yearly check/maintenance.

The whole purchase and installation of the generator has been a top notch. The staff are all friendly, professional, and prompt. Installation was done neatly and looks good. The technician sync her it to Wi-Fi provided basic instructions and answered questions.

The initial visit and installation of our generator was a very good experience. The CMD crew and electrician arrived on time, worked steadily, did a professional job, were friendly, and answered all my questions. All this in sleet and freezing which did nothing to improve working conditions. I will recommend CMD Powersystems to anyone who asks.

CMD recently installed a 16KW Generac generator at my home and I am satisfied with the results. The job was well done but the generator had a defective circuit board that required a service call. CMD promptly corrected the problem at no charge. I have entered into a service agreement with CMD and would recommend the company to others considering the installation of an emergency generator.

The office staff was knowledgeable. My visit was followed up by a phone call and quote. Installers arrived on time, installed the new generator and cleaned the work area. Later they returned to start generator. They answered all my questions,showed me how to properly open generator cover, check the oil level and encouraged me to watch the Generac video to familiarize myself with the system.

We could not have been more impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the CMD staff. Response time to initial inquiry was fast and courteous. Installation arrangements and actual installation were top quality, and with a smile - always. Thank you CMD!

After the storm last fall we realized installs would be very high and new there would be a time delay but it was worth the wait and we are very pleased with the generator

CMD installed my generator under very adverse conditions. The ground was still frozen after an unusually cold and snowy winter but everything went well and CMD promised to come back once the ground thawed and tidy everything up. They returned as soon as they could and now the installation looks and performs first-rate. Overall, I couldn't be happier!

Despite snow on ground, a snowstorm, and cold conditions, the CMD Powersystems installers, the electrician, and the gas line installers all did an extremely professional job in an efficient process. I would highly recommend CMD to anyone wishing to buy an 11 KW Homestandby Guardian system.

My old generator (Onan/Cummins) was not starting. They sent someone to analyze the problem. He showed up on time. Determined that the engine was shot and it would cost too much to fix. A new Generac was installed the next week. The price was comparable to what I could buy the same generator my self on line. They installed the new unit, hauled away the old generator (even gave me a trade in price reduction) and everything worked out fine. Couldn't be happier.

We had our generator installed just a few days ago. Very knowledgeable installers. The wiring for the transfer switch took 3 hours. They started up the generator, flipped the switch and we were on generator power. It feels so good to have a back-up electrical source. We got the Westinghouse 7500E, so it should take care of the entire house, except for the oven and dryer. Thank you, CMD Powersystems, Inc.

CMD service technicians and the contracted electrician were on time to set up my new Generac 11,000 kw.Guardian Home Backup Generator.

At the time of placement, the temperature was -2 deg. farenheit, yet that didn't cause any delay or interruption during the set-up.

CMD installed a new generator system when snow was still on the ground. Leading up to the installation, they were up front about all costs, answered all of my questions, stuck to their timeline, and recommended a great subcontractor to make the connection to the gas line. Despite the machinery involved, the yard was left in wonderful shape after the installation. There was a small glitch in the installation, but it was fairly and efficiently resolved. Luckily, I have not yet had to use the generator, so I am unable to comment on the quality of the product (Generac). However, the generator cycles on like clockwork each week. All interactions with staff have been positive, and I have confidence that should I call for future needs, they would respond with professionalism.

I called to arrange for an assessment and someone came over within two weeks. He was very professional - reviewed the electrical information in my furnace room and asked me what my usual use of power was. He then recommended a 9K generator telling me that this would cover all of the house and I would not have to worry about turning things off at strategic times. The electrician showed up when anticipated and was very professional. The entire installation which was neatly and professionally done both inside and out took about four hours. They coordinated everything including the propane setup for me. I just had to inform my propane dealer of the date.
All in all, this was a very satisfactory experience and I have recommended CMD to neighbors. The final product looks very well done and the auto checkup every week takes place as promised.
